How do I order?
All products are available to order online 24/7 at pureandhealthy.com.au. Simply add your chosen products to the cart, confirm your delivery address at checkout and place your order. Orders must be placed by 1pm the day before your desired delivery day.
Which days do you deliver?
We deliver on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Orders placed by 1pm the day before will be delivered on the next available delivery day. For example, an order placed by 1pm Monday will be delivered on Tuesday.
Is there a delivery fee?
Delivery is free on all online orders of $45 or more. A small delivery fee applies to orders under $45.
How do I know if you deliver to my area?
You can check your delivery area on the website using the postcode checker on the Deliveries page. You're also welcome to contact us at pureandhealthyraw@outlook.com or call (08) 9337 9091 and we'll confirm for you.
How are the juices packaged for delivery?
All juices are delivered in glass bottles, chilled and packed to maintain the cold chain from our facility to your door. Because our juices are raw and unpasteurised, it's important to refrigerate them immediately upon delivery.
Do you offer subscriptions?
Yes. We offer weekly or fortnightly subscription deliveries, which come with an automatic 5% discount on every order. Subscriptions are completely flexible — cancel, change your products or reschedule your delivery at any time, with no lock-in period whatsoever. It's the easiest and most affordable way to make Pure and Healthy part of your regular routine.
