Juices FAQs
Pure Orange
What is Pure Orange best for?
Pure Orange is our most popular juice and a great daily health habit. It delivers roughly 67% of your daily recommended Vitamin C intake in a single glass, making it a powerful immune booster and antioxidant. It also supports heart health, helps regulate blood pressure, prevents bone loss and provides folate and potassium.
When is the best time to drink Pure Orange?
First thing in the morning is ideal — the Vitamin C kickstarts your immune system, and the natural sugars provide a clean energy boost without a crash. It's also a great post-exercise drink for recovery.
What makes your oranges different from supermarket juice?
Our Valencia and Navel oranges are grown in the rich alluvial soils of central Australia, benefiting from abundant sunshine and ideal growing conditions. They're pressed whole and fresh daily — never from concentrate. The result is a significantly more complex, flavourful and nutritious juice than anything you'd find in a carton.
Cloudy Apple
What is Cloudy Apple and why is it cloudy?
Cloudy Apple is made from whole Granny Smith apples pressed complete with their skin and fibre. The cloudiness comes from the natural apple solids remaining in the juice — it's the cloudiness that delivers most of the nutritional value. Clear apple juice has had these solids filtered out, losing a significant portion of its health benefits in the process.
What are the health benefits of Cloudy Apple?
Granny Smith apples contain up to 3 times more polyphenols than most other apple varieties. Our Cloudy Apple is rich in quercetin and disease-fighting antioxidants, high in soluble fibre for improved digestion, packed with Vitamin C for skin health and collagen production, and highly hydrating — helping the body detox and improve immunity. It's also used as part of the traditional gallbladder cleanse protocol.
When should I drink Cloudy Apple?
Any time of day. It's a great daily juice, especially if you want something light and refreshing that also supports gut health. It's also commonly used as a base in health cleanses due to its gentle detoxifying properties.
Watermelon Passion
Why do you use long-seeded watermelon specifically?
We deliberately source locally grown long-seeded watermelon because it is grown the way nature intended — without synthetic fertilisers, and with the full molecular nutrient profile that modern seedless varieties have been largely bred out of. Long-seeded watermelons develop a richer, more complex flavour and a denser nutritional profile, containing naturally higher levels of lycopene (a powerful antioxidant linked to heart health and reduced inflammation) and citrulline (an amino acid that supports healthy blood flow and reduces muscle soreness). It's simply the best watermelon for juicing.
What makes Watermelon Passion good for hydration and detox?
Watermelon is one of nature's most effective hydrators — over 90% water — and acts as a natural diuretic, helping your kidneys flush out waste without the strain caused by caffeine or alcohol. It's super alkalising, which helps reduce the acidity caused by high-protein diets. Being rich in potassium, it also helps retain calcium in the body for strong bones and joints. Strawberry adds Vitamin C for cell protection and wound healing, while Granny Smith apple provides fibre and rounds out the flavour beautifully.
Who is this juice best suited for?
Anyone looking to hydrate, alkalise or support kidney health. It's also excellent for people who eat a lot of meat, eggs or dairy and want to balance their body's pH. During summer or after exercise, it's one of our most refreshing choices.
Passionfruit Halo
What are the main health benefits of Passionfruit Halo?
Passionfruit is the star of this juice and brings a remarkable nutritional profile. It's rich in Vitamins C, B6 and B3, Beta Cryptoxanthin and Alpha-Carotene for immune support, and iron which increases haemoglobin in red blood cells. Combined with the Vitamin C of orange and the alkalising properties of watermelon, this juice is a powerful immunity and energy booster.
Is this good for iron levels?
Yes, particularly when combined with the high Vitamin C content from the orange, which significantly improves iron absorption. If you have low iron levels or feel fatigued, Passionfruit Halo is one of our most supportive juices.
What does it taste like?
It has a strong, distinctive passionfruit flavour with a light orange and tropical finish. The colour is a beautiful light orange — it's one of our most visually stunning juices.
Pure Lemon
What is Pure Lemon most used for?
Pure Lemon is our supreme alkaliser. Despite being acidic in taste, lemon juice has a highly alkalising effect on the body once metabolised — making it one of the most powerful tools for maintaining healthy pH balance. It's also a strong detoxifier, immune booster and skin health supporter. Many customers use it daily by diluting 50ml in warm water first thing in the morning to kick-start their digestion. It's also the ritual that opens every one of our cleanse programs.
Can I cook with it as well as drink it?
Absolutely. Pure Lemon is perfect in the kitchen — dressings, sauces, marinades, desserts and cocktails all benefit from the superior flavour of freshly cold-pressed lemon juice. Because there are no preservatives or additives, the flavour is noticeably cleaner and brighter than anything bottled.
Why is your lemon juice better than bottled lemon juice from the supermarket?
Most bottled lemon juice is made from concentrate or contains preservatives that dull the flavour and reduce the nutritional value. Our Pure Lemon is cold-pressed fresh daily from whole lemons with nothing added — the result is a significantly more vibrant flavour and a live, nutrient-dense juice rather than a shelf-stable product.
Pure Lime
What are the health benefits of Pure Lime?
Pure Lime is a powerhouse of Vitamin C and antioxidants that support immunity, skin health and internal balance. Limes contain compounds that protect brain cells from toxic substances and inflammation, and thanks to their high potassium content can help reduce anxiety and support a healthy nervous system. Our limes are sourced directly from growers in Kununurra in WA's far north-west, where the tropical climate produces exceptionally juicy, aromatic fruit.
How can I use Pure Lime besides drinking it straight?
Pure Lime is incredibly versatile. It's a favourite with our bar and restaurant wholesale partners for cocktails — particularly gin gimlets and margaritas. At home, try it in dressings, Thai dishes, guacamole, or simply over ice with soda water and mint.
Is it different from bottled lime juice?
Significantly. Bottled lime juice is almost always made from concentrate and often contains additives. Our Pure Lime is cold-pressed fresh from whole Kununurra limes with absolutely nothing added — the aroma, colour and flavour are incomparable.
Pure Pomegranate
What makes pomegranate juice so special and why have you added it to the range?
Pomegranate is one of the most antioxidant-rich fruits in the world — and cold pressing it is the only way to preserve its full nutritional power. Pomegranates are packed with punicalagins and punicic acid, two compounds found almost nowhere else in nature, as well as a broad spectrum of polyphenols, anthocyanins, ellagic acid and Vitamin C. A single serve contains over 2,400mg of total polyphenols, making our Pure Pomegranate one of the most potent antioxidant juices in our entire range. We added it because it deserves a place in every serious daily wellness routine.
What specific health benefits does Pure Pomegranate offer?
The benefits are wide-ranging and well-supported by research. Pomegranate has been shown to reduce both systolic and diastolic blood pressure with daily consumption, lower LDL cholesterol levels and reduce plaque build-up in blood vessels — making it one of the most heart-protective juices available. The polyphenols reduce inflammation throughout the body, which is linked to lower risk of arthritis, diabetes and chronic disease. Pomegranate also actively supports skin health — improving skin firmness, reducing wrinkles and protecting against oxidative damage. Studies have found it supports cognitive function and may help reduce the risk of age-related cognitive decline. It strengthens blood vessels, is a natural source of iron to help combat fatigue and anaemia, and supports healthy kidney function.
When is the best time to drink Pure Pomegranate and can I take it daily?
Absolutely — daily consumption is where the benefits are most pronounced. Research shows that drinking pomegranate juice consistently over 4-8 weeks produces measurable improvements in blood pressure, cholesterol and skin health. You can drink it at any time of day. Its rich, complex flavour also makes it a beautiful addition to smoothies, salad dressings, sparkling water or as a base for a mocktail.
Pineapple Crush
What is special about the pineapple you use?
We source Gold Pineapples from Queensland, where the climate and nutrient-rich soil produce fruit with exceptional sweetness, flavour and bromelain content. We specifically chose Queensland for these pineapples because WA growing conditions simply don't produce the same quality — we always choose the best source, wherever in Australia that is.
What is bromelain and why is it good for me?
Bromelain is a complex of enzymes found in pineapple that breaks down proteins and has powerful anti-inflammatory and digestive benefits. It supports heart health by reducing inflammation in blood vessels and improving circulation, and has fibrinolytic properties — meaning it can help break down fibrin involved in blood clot formation, improving blood flow. It's also excellent for post-exercise recovery.
Is Pineapple Crush suitable for people with digestive issues?
Yes — the bromelain in Pineapple Crush makes it particularly beneficial for digestion. The enzyme helps break down proteins in the gut, which can reduce bloating and ease digestive discomfort. The addition of Granny Smith apple also contributes soluble fibre for gut health.
Mint Lime Rejuvenator
What is Mint Lime Rejuvenator good for?
This juice targets heart health, immunity, digestion and brain function simultaneously. Pear is a fibre-rich fruit loaded with antioxidants, Vitamin C and copper for immune support. Lime is a supreme alkaliser. Mint is a powerful brain booster, skin improver and blood pressure reducer. Together they create one of our most refreshing and multi-purpose juices.
Is this a good post-workout juice?
Yes — the combination of alkalising lime, hydrating pear and invigorating mint makes it excellent for recovery. The Vitamin C and copper in pear also support tissue repair.
What does it taste like?
Refreshingly light and clean with a cool, minty finish and a bright lime zing. Not heavily sweet — more of a palate cleanser and refresher. One of our most popular summer choices.
