To make our super nutritious Wheatgrass Shots, we grow bio dynamic wheat grain in rich soil.  First, the grain is thoroughly washed, and then it's soaked for 8 hours to start the growing process, then it's left to sprout for 48 hours. We then plant it out in our own worm rich, biologically active soil, composted from off-cuts and pulp left over from the juicing process.
