With Chia seeds providing large amounts of fibre, omega 3 fatty acids and plenty of high-quality protein. Bananas deliver extra nutrients and provide flavour and texture. Our cacao is rich in polyphenols and has significant health benefits. We add 4 dates to the mix per litre, which assists with good digestive health and extra flavour.
All these ingredients are soaked in our favourite locally grown macadamia milk. All this is blended to retain all the fibre from the ingredients so that nothing is left behind.
